That pang of excitement when you see that a new post has been made in the ‘manager thread’.... ‘have we really managed to secure Warburton?’ - nah some bell end has just thought up a new bread based comment

Warburton will be a shoe in if the Germans manage to offload to an American buyer. At least then some one would pump a nickel into the club........

This has now turned into a manager bread.

 

I think it's been well done and dusted now.

We need to get a move on whoever we appoint before the good free agents get snapped up and we're left with the scraps

 

It's not like city to be unprepared for a transfer window.

 

Because our summer transfer windows have been so bad for the last six seasons, that we've only been in a Top 8 position at Xmas every season, so we have lessons to be learned, eh?

The best players don't necessarily get snapped up first. (certainly, not in an international tournament year) The desperate ones, do

 

Aye - makes no difference to players as their contracts run out on June 30th so they are earning right up until that date. We have 6 weeks until players actually become 'available'.

 

I think you missed the point. I wasn't saying we should be signing players right now, I was simply saying the longer we go without a manager in place, the more players will move to other clubs while we're left behind
