Permanent 'til end of season. Extremely good for L1 and will be brilliant if he manages more than a couple of games without injury

 

I agree i shouldn’t bite. Bloody hard not to though.

 

Saw him in the Sunderland documentary on Netfilx. Seemed like a nice guy but those injuries have pretty much killed his career. Seems unfair when some players go through their career virtually unscathed.

 

No idea what he is going on about he has been on my ignore list for months

No matter how well he's playing or how well he's liked at Lincoln there is no way they are going to match what we paid for him, but any monies we do get for him could go towards possibly keeping present players in our team ?.

 

I think we will have to learn that there are many ways to describe ambition.

Bit of info about our players injuries and when they might be back.

The club say Luca Colville and Kelvin Mellor will be back in contention later this month. Hope Akpan is likely to be available for selection next week and Sean Scannell is expected back next month.

Jake Reeves is 'continuing outdoor fitness work', after completing a lengthy rehabilitation programme.

Lewis O’Brien will return to training next week after scans ruled out a serious ankle injury. The midfielder was forced off during the win over Accrington Stanley on Tuesday.

No mention of Jones ?.

 

And maybe from the 4th round as they'll give Everton a game the way their playing at the minute

 

Seems a positive upturn, relatively speaking with Reeves. He's still a player worth the trouble. Some seem to forget that he was pretty good in the main until his groin troubles

 

I'd wouldn't mind seeing the early 2017/18 Reeves and O'Brien in our midfield

 

You may well have to wait a long time.

 

He started off well but it's correct to question his desire to actually play for the club.

Maybe it is purely down to injuries and maybe that's an unfair assessment but it will be thrown at him time and again until he's available and playing again which looks less likely by the day.

 

Bolton have had the opportunity to effectively 'try before they buy'. Doidge has featured for them in 17 league games this season and has managed to score just 1 goal so far - if you were Bolton, would you be bothered that you weren't going to be allowed to spend 1 million on a player with that record?
