Unfortunately I had a momentary lapse and was doing 41 when they got me. Could do speed awareness due to being 10mph plus over and got well and truly smacked including a 10% 'victim surcharge' though I'm yet to find out who the victim was.

No I commented at Salford something similar. Always hard for us naturally big lads to keep the weight off

 

On Tuesday I was thinking he was carrying timber again.

 

The mince pies are back in the shops. Explains everything. (I brought some home with me, how can you not want to eat some?)

However, I thought he was just shite. No movement and just easy to mark. It was like we were playoff with 10 men.

 

And it was like they were playing with 9, given two centre backs had to mark him all game. Gave plenty of opportunities for Wright, Pereira and Chapman, who I think had like 3 shots each.

The fact we didn't win on Tuesday is down to that trio missing the target so many times, but Wright is obviously off the hook for actually scoring.

 

I'm wondering whether a switch up front is due with Oliver coming in for Cook. He must be desperate to start by now and we need to get the ball to stick up front. With the pace of Chapman and Wright to get onto the flick ons, we might be able to score more. I know it seems crazy to drop our leading scorer but maybe bringing him on after 60 minutes when the game has opened up, might get him back amongst the goals.

His one on one today was very bizarre. Why didn't he side foot it and slot it in? Any other player would have done
