Yep, so they can publish fake results. This poll will ave comparisons to the one Putin just ran in Ukraine. Namely those that vote against it will be weedled out, have their season tickets remove and then shot. Be warned. Dissention is fobidden in the Sparks "thiefdom"

 

Sounds like most of the dissidents have already outed themselves on social media.

S.o you keep telling us

 

I've studied the 78 page PDF and filled in the survey. This gist of my feedback was:

• I didn't particularly realise the shield was symbolic to Bradford City
• The BCAFC lettering is too small and the bantam is too big. The lettering size should be increased and the size of the bantam decreased.
• The bantam tail feathers are too big and overwhelming in the design and in my view look too feminine.
• The badge on some of the kit mocks ups was far too big and ugly - I would not buy a kit with a massive club badge on in the size shown.
• The badge shape in my opinion should be a circle - all the classic football badges are circular (see Brighton, Leicester, Man City, Charlton, Walsall, Newport.
• Bristol City redesigned their badge in 2019 and I think they have nailed it - a simple and classic design that will stand the test of time. Our badge will quickly age.

 

They do have large tails though. Look at this fella. Facing left….unlike our proposed logo!

 

I agree with your points. I pretty much wrote the same. Modernisation but with “tweaks”. I wonder if they’ll run the “tweaks” past us? I think they’ll get a bit of a shock when the results come in.

 

I’ve got an awful feeling this survey is just lip service. I listened to the Hard Truth Podcast with Ryan Sparks and it sounded like the decision is already made. Bring back James Mason who is a proper Bradford City man!

 

The Bristol and Norwich redesigns are too sensible for us. We always have to completely screw it up in every department, it’s the City way.

Think the new crest should have Sparkies head on a plate surrounded by Bantam feathers. Now that would be fifferent

 

Not a bad design, I quite like it. The Bantam has a more aggressive look to it, which is what the clubs redesign was trying to achieve. The only problem might be the fact the Bantam is on the outside of the shield therefore making it too intricate.

Modern branding is all about simplicity with strong lines. It makes marketing campaigns and the associated branding much more effective and flexible- precisely why the club is pushing this redesign.

 

It's telling how they've suddenly got friendly media pushing that "only" 3000 supporters have taken the survey.

They'll be focusing on that to try to undermine the legitimacy of the poll results which are likely to be negative.
