    It's not a football town really. It's a commuter town. Folk here don't have much affiliation to the footy club. Most folk are Spurs, Arsenal or Hammers fans. I suspect their crowds havent grown much since their time in non-league. They did a crowd funding debenture thing to build the new stand behind the goal but even that took a while to get interest.

    Our keeper made one great save first half other than that our defence dealt with the challenge set superbly I was worried that Odusina would struggle with the Ariel bombardment but he along with Platt and the rest of the defence coped very well. You can see how Stevenage get results so today was an excellent win

    Didn't go today as was taking my lad to Sheffield Uni to his digs.

    Seen the highlights and it looks like we took our chances and they didn't.

    I think Halliday was stupid to lunge in like that especially where it was on the pitch.

    Overall we have to be more than happy with how things are going. And we have Walker to come back as well.

    Will the game on 03.12.22 v Orient be a top of the table clash? I bloody hope so.

    Good team performance today. Took our chances and defended resolutely.

    Platt was my man of the match, he was immense today and won practically everything that was launched toward him.

    Set pieces apart, Smallwood was very good, as were Wright and Cook.

    Very impressed with what I've seen so far from Wright. Pacy and direct going forward and very aware of when to track back and defend well.

    I know the area pretty well BB, most football fans in Harlow , Stevenage , Broxbourne, Cheshunt St Albans etc etc etc are Spurs or Arsenal fans . They are there, if they bothered to support their local club. The fact they don’t speaks volumes for the mind set of glory hunters.

    Steady performance today, far from great but we were clinical on the break. Defended with ease I felt albeit a bit chaotic at times but we never looked in danger. Silly sending off for Halliday but for the first time since I can remember we have highly capable L2 players as back up in every position so not a problem.

    Have a look at the number of set pieces we defended and then work out who that number 9 was for City that kept getting them away.

    Once you've worked that out you'll realise why there's not a single person on this forum that would agree with your post.
