I haven't spent any money at the ground since the Hartlepool game. Nor will spend on the sponsors in the ground or vendors. Away games, I will only pay at the opposing turnstiles. If not available, I will miss the game. This is my point against Rupp's ownership.

Stevenage, Tuesday. 4 of us not going now and to Park Avenue on Wednesday vs York (£5 admission fols). I've cancelled my accommodation in Cheltenham when we was at Forest Green and will likely take in Halifax v Solihull. Next Saturday, honestly don't know if I'm going.

Slightly different reasons here. I want to enjoy my time with my son when watching football. The Covid era has made me reassess. Undivided loyalties are not the be all and end all for me.

As for next season and a season ticket. I'm totally not sure, much will depend on my son. If today was the template, that's two lost supporters. But I acknowledge, much may change.

Fair play to you pal. Total respect on your continued support.

But boycotts are the least of this clubs problems. The inherent issues within the club are as much at putting the clubs budget at risk.

Devil's advocate here a little bit.

At what point does Rupp pull sparks over the coals. At the minute Sparks decisions over managerial appointments and sackings, the endless turnover of players, dwindling fan base etc, all of these must be costing Rupp or the club money.

As much as Adams job is under the threat, should the same also be said of sparks?

For me the only time he can pull Ryan over the coals is when he has a serious replacement lined up with several years experiance of running a football club successfully and to get that calibre of CEO it will cost.

From a business point of view it seems Sparks has done a decent job.

but football wise we’ve got another failing manager and on that basis, yes, his job should be under threat.

I think Adams knows this and that’s why he made his comment about immaturity today. It had to be aimed at Sparks

He knows Sparks needs to give him longer to turn it around and try restore some of his own credibility.

I understand that completely and it's a view I'd normally agree with. But unfortunately the current owner is presiding over the demise of our club through his own lack of interest. That indifference changes my viewpoint. Creating some short term pain for the club and its fans by withholding our cash may well be beneficial in the longer term interests of club and fans.

It won't be an easy call for many.

I really don’t know how Rupp has made his money, he must have just had a great idea and cashed in. Any competent business man would realise what’s going on at the club and the potential it has. I listen to Peterborough’s owners podcast every week and he constantly goes on about what he could do with our 15000 plus a week. He can’t believe how inept we are!

Imagine 5 years ago, when we were challenging to get into the championship, someone telling you that the new owners are going to undo all the hard work of the last 7 years or so, drag us down into League 2 and suddenly announce they're going the "sustainable" route AKA no more money. You'd be absolutely livid and protest against it til no end. If you wouldn't stand for it then, why stand for it now?

Boycotting now and forcing Rupp to sell (which affects the club in the short term) is far better than Rupp staying whilst we rot away in League Two and our fanbase dwindles, with our satellite towns showing more ambition and overtaking us in the leagues. It's about short term sacrifice for long term gain. Rupp's ownership has shown how effective good PR can be. All he's had to do to subdue the fans is bring up Edin, say something about righting the wrongs, and then feck off for another year. His time is up and quite frankly he should have fecked off when Edin did.

Apparently Mike Ashley is looking for a new club to invest it

Not that it would happen, but can you imagine the sort of money he could throw at it, buying the ground, hot water in the kop toilets, top budget for players etc. We can but dream

Sparks gets a rough ride from Rupp when he has to start putting money in or his investment is about to be wiped out by relegation. I’d say a couple of months for the first one and another dreadful summer transfer window from the second.

This shows how lazy and how much Bradford City fans need to drive Rupp out of the club.

Wrexham for example hired Peter Moore ex Liverpool CEO as an advisor then got the CEO from Burton to join them.

Rupp isn’t serious about this club and the Sparks appoint highlighted that. Plenty of CEO’s would love to join Bradford City and plenty are about.

What did Rupp do? Hire a novice that’s out of his depth. An awful appointment that is now damaging the club. Sparks needs to leave as does Rupp.

When supporters stop giving sponsors of the club money. Sparks will start to feel the pressure. The pressure will come from the sponsors also.

    Fans are very very powerful.

    Shudder.

Oh boy, imagine the drama... The Cockney Mafia rolling up, taking a giant turd over our history, ostracising club heroes, falling out publicly with all and sundry, every action taken simply a way to extract money from the club, no concern with what the fans want...

But I suppose we don't have a strong connection with the club or many past or current staff or players, that's already been stripped away from us... we don't care if he renames the stadium the Sports Direct Superbowl, as that's already been done... in fact, many of the criticisms of what Ashley did at Newcastle, Rupp has already done to us...

Maybe we ARE in a good position to accept a w@nker like Mike Ashley...

At least in his efforts to make a massive profit out of the club (which would be nothing more than a hard-nosed business venture), he would INVEST to get us there.

    No, I shouldn’t have.

I’ll be there when fans start taking real action. Not interested in what Sparks or Adams has to say.

Wonder what your opinions are these days.

Do you understand football in 2022 and how important off the pitch matters are vital?

Or do enjoy watching your club die of slow death?

You just one of them that thinks it just gives me something to do in life?
