I’d bite your hand off your to have Lawn back, as has been said we’re self sufficient now. So a supporter who actually works down at VP and puts the hours in will do with me, we’re in league 2 I’m not expecting someone to come in and spend millions. Someone with some passion for the sport who could come up with a plan would be a start, someone who would rather buy a player or two than a sports car, someone who sits and watches our games at VP, someone who cheers with us and is gutted with us when we lose. That’s not a Man City or Newcastle sugar daddy list is it? Just someone who cares about moving this club forward and isn’t only concerned that it won’t lose him money on his investment.

For those saying there is nobody out there it is nonsense, all our past buyers have come out of the blue a few months before, it’s not like scouting a player for months rich business people buy football clubs it happens every season we aren’t some how immune to that. A buyer is much more likely to try buy a club with fan unrest at their owner than one they don’t hear about as they’ll think this club isn’t for sale.

I'd like a plan too. Sparks has talked about there being a vision on that pod cast thingy he likes to spout off on now and again, and that everyone working at the club has bought into it, but a vision isn't a plan is it? Also, it would be nice if he shared this 'vision' with the fans as well, because I'm not sure I know what it is.

Btw Rupp came to an agreement regarding his legal actions with the company who approached City about buying them ......... both agreed to give funds to the burns unit and the matter is closed ........ just making folk aware that he ain’t the big nasty man folk think he is

 

Nobody has ever called him nasty, I don’t think being nasty is a defining trait of destroying a sporting club. Lack of knowledge and incompetence however…

 

I’ve heard he’s a nice guy which isn’t the point at all. The guy is clueless and is not fully committed to our club.

Met him a couple of times and he did come across as a decent fella, just a shame he has so little interest in football

How do you go about paying off a manager when you’ve spent all your sustainable budget? That new racing car he got isn’t cheap you know, selfish fans wanting him to pay someone off!

Would be nice if we could get Steve Parkin the chap who was interested a few years ago to purchase us. Owner of Clipper Group sold 10% of his shares for 61 million 12 months ago, wanted to buy us and the Bulls, involved at Guiseley i think. Just the type we need.

 

Sorry I don’t attend football because of whoever is chairman or manager or who currently is wearing the shirts. City is my club and whilst I am still able to do I will be purchasing a season ticket and spending money at the club. Boycotts will only mean less money to spend on the budget. Change will come in due time
