    We have serious problems. Problems beyond a manager change.

    The owner doesn't give a shit.
    The CEO is a novice and out of his depth.
    Our budget isn't great and what we do have is misused .
    The squad is a long way short.
    The manager is the wrong fit, clearly.
    We've ripped up our recruitment team and deployed scouts chosen by a manager who might be on his way within weeks, even days.
    Fans are becoming disengaged and even apathetic.

    This is a shit show.

    He might have an idea about the financial aspect of running a club but he’s not a football person and it shows.

    he’s appointed a manager who wants to play safety first football and doesn’t trust the kids.

    He’s just looked at Morecambe’s budget and thought “if he can do it there he’ll do it here” but success is about building relationships. Adams hasn’t built them with the players, who he regularly calls out, and the fans despise him. Our results are shocking, yet he’s still talking of automatic promotion. Clearly the bloke is deluded.

    admit you made a bad call, Sparks, and fire him tonight.
