    Matty Daly young midfielder on loan at Hartlepool from Town has been recalled. He has done really well up there wonder if he could be the signing

    Wouldn't mind if it was, Hartlepool fans have him as their player of the season so far.

    In the official statement from Hartlepool, he's gone back to cover injuries. From looking at their twitter tag, Huddersfield have lost 5 midfielders to injury so far in Jan so matches up. Wonder if they'll send him back out on loan by the end of the window when players start coming back to fitness?

    Based on the game at Valley Parade earlier this season, would be happy with that. Ran the show that night.

    I understand he has been recalled to cover injuries at Huddersfield though?

    He also plays in the same position as Jamie Walker,so probably not him

    Yeah looks like its an injury recall. Seems from his stats and footage Daly can play the CM role. Although as The Sun and Tribal Football (no idea who they are) have said, Scott Banks will be joining on loan once his injury has cleared, would we take another young CM on loan?

    Banks looks more the attacking of the two really. Daly looks to have only played the deeper CM role at Hudds, and moved a bit more forward at Hartlepool. Banks was the opposite, played wide or as a 10 in Scotland, gone to Palace and this season they've started playing him deeper.

    This century (there were some real holes last century!), this one was the worst I visited. The ‘alfresco’ toilets were gross!

    It's not York is it? I think we played them after they went bust in the cup, without looking it up I'd guess 2011? We lost.

    Hell that was quick! Yes you are correct. March 2013. Thankfully it was a decent day and a good result if my memory is correct we won with Thompson and Hanson scoring.

    If it's York, didn't we lose in the League Cup in maybe 2015?
    We definitely beat them in 2012/13 Promotion. I think Garry Thompson got the winner.
