The eye test, suggests he is just a frustrating and poor option in an attacking sense. Back, across, don't attack the full back, fail to work between the lines consistently, don't drive into the box, a lack of anticipation. Lack of support in a 1 up top.

The stats back it up.

Maybe my perception of a wide right player is out of touch. He's a poor L2 player, synonymous of the squad assembled TO DATE.

AG will drop into non league. His numbers back that up. Its where he ends up in non league....

I don't rate him at all, but I do sometimes try to find the rationale as to why managers pick him.

But whatever the reasoning, the fact his clubs keep finishing in the doldrums of the khazi league tells me all I need to know.

Gilliead is a non league standard player who will eventually end up playing there, The bigger question is whether Adams wises up before we end up there with him as well.

 

His purpose in life is to make DMH look like a good player.

So Adams thinks it will be a difficult window because clubs will want to hang onto players due to the rise in Covid cases. Be interesting to see if that works the other way too, or if we will happily accept any offers that come in for the likes of Cooke, Watt or Vernam, even though that could leave us short if we aren't able to bring in replacements.
