It’s not when a club has an owner that’s not interested and a CEO that’s a novice.

 

Even more reason to put the money in a good manager instead of someone with no responsibility for results,

 

No, because one of our issues is that we get these managers in that have a completely different playing style because our board having a clue what they want.

Our club needs a direction on the pitch and a style overseen not just for today but the next 5 - 10 years.

 

Rubbish, Managers pick the style and how the team play, To impose a style on them is inviting failure or managers not coming and ending up with dummies in charge of the team as well as at the top as our recent history shows

 

You’re not getting it.

You can have all the managers in the world but you need a style of play and a direction that’s over seen.

A manager is judged by results and needs to be sacked if the results are bad.

Adams comes in with his style. If he’s sacked then what? We rip up his style with another manager that plays totally different?

It’s not worked for us. Our board are clueless! It needs help!

Bottomline is this club has tried to fool its fans for years. I suppose when we see the accounts next year then we will see.

However, any football that puts finances first before football will fail and Bradford City are a failure of a business and a club.

It’s a good listen and Adams answered a lot of the awkward questions spoken about on here. In my opinion he’s a good fit and is putting long term building blocks in place. As for Sparks, I get the impression he’ll be away within a season or two of getting promoted. Never mentions being here for the long term, only about making sure the club is in a better place than when he took over.

 

And using the clubs favourite word.

Sustainability! Maybe, @Dennis will tell him it’s boring now and to widen his vocabulary.

 

I don't have a problem with Ryan leaving if he's been a part of getting us out of this league.
