    Done that route many times for work, make sure you give the fingers to Millwall as you go past.
    I’m driving down as couldn’t get cheap train tickets.
    Hoping those climate change cretins don’t block the M25.

    Actually Geography is one of my strong points.

    The remark was made lightheartedly.

    Dover is over 10 miles away from the Channel Tunnel (CT18 8XX)!

    Going to Crawley and then round the west of London is about 25/30 miles further than going round the east of London.

    Are you going to get off at Crawley or Three bridges? Three bridges is probably closer. Taxi rank on the left as you exit the station.

    77 miles and almost 1 1/2 hours according to Google maps.

    Hardly next door, especially when cistern your making a big deal about Dover being 10 miles from the tunnel.

    Idea is to get off at Crawley and walk the 20 minutes or so to the ground.

    I'd recommend travelling to Gatwick Airport and using the Fastway bus services from outside/under the railway station which run every few minutes, both to Crawley town centre and the ground.

    Fastway 10, approximately every 7 minutes between Gatwick Airport & Crawley Town FC, via Crawley town centre.
    Fastway 20, approximately every 20 minutes between Gatwick Airport & Crawley Town FC, via Crawley town centre outskirts.

    A Crawley & Gatwick Plus Bus add on to your rail ticket is £3.70 for a day's travel.

    Unfortunately no trip down south for me . It's Cougartime QUALIFYING FINAL Workington Town v Cougars . Fun Buses for Cougar supporters depart 10am Sunday seats costing just £5. The club hoping to take 10 coaches its Cougartime Sunday.
    Saturday most likely listen to City on Radio Leeds then a meal in Bradford its Rockets birthday . :party:
    Cmon City don't let me down away win please.

    If we lose this, we could be going into October in the bottom half of League 2, and out of both cups which we've played in.

    What a dismal start to the season that sounds (if we lose). Nobody would have predicted that scenario after August.

    I routinely go the "wrong" way round the M25. Complicated reason why, to do with avoiding the Dartford crossings tolls and therefore not having to register my Belgian plates on the UK database. Why would I want to be in the UK database? Going west instead of east adds about half an hour to the trip. Yes, it will take me near Crawley but travelling up on a Saturday means Belgian traffic chaos heading up to the Belgian coast on weekends.

    Nope, Friday it is and it's already a long enough day without spending 2 or 3 hours in Costa del Crawley.
