    That is an assumption by yourself.

    You're correct when I get my CC refund the new owners/company will not honour the credit note I got from the previous owners, I'd suggest 900+ loyal fans who have entered an agreement with the football club who are then owned by previous partners/owners is a little different, let's be honest dumping 900+ fans who have show loyalty to the club by giving them their money up front would have been a disaster PR wise, and knowing Juilan Rhodes that would never have been an opition IMO.
    Well never agree on this matter so let's agree to disagree.

    I got nothing back either. We're entitled to the discounts because we've paid up. Completely fair enough.

    People are not entitled because they got their money back or stopped making the payments. They've effectively stolen suite upgrades and enjoyed discounted prices for around 15 years. So that's a couple of thousand pounds from each of those cheaters.

    Harsh. Especially without knowing the facts behind it. The club would be unable to check who got a credit card refund so they acted in good faith and offered us all a discount. I just took what I could get, and put the initial loss down to a stupid mistake.

    Two of us bought them together and whilst I was concerned that we would lose it if the club went bust, my mate was insistent it was a good deal so I went along with his judgement. I have no idea if he got a section 75 refund as we never discussed it, and I'm not fussed if he did.

    In no way is it any business of the football club or anyone else for that matter.

    The football club caused the problems with mis management, not the credit card owners.

    It's not a one man vendetta. I think everyone who got a refund and continues to claim discounted prices and suite upgrades are cheeky underhand buggers who've denied the club around £2000 over the years, EACH.

    @king karl@king karl , replies like the last few of Broncos trying to get my involved in a thread that he's twice stated he won't bother replying in anymore are EXACTLY the reason he got upset with the "poop" rating.

    It was much easier firing one of them in than ignoring him when he's mentioning you left, right and centre.

    Time to bring back the ratings, it's for the good of the board.

    I don't know whether or not @Bronco@Bronco got any compensation back from a credit card company, but I very much doubt he made a profit and in all likelihood he will have made a loss.

    So, a typical person who purchased a 25 year ticket will have expected to pay £2,500 for 25 years admission.

    Typically, that person will have received around £2,000 back, but will have had to pay annually for the remaining years that they contractually had already paid for. Over the remaining 20 years or so, the typical person will end up paying around £2,400 (£120 x 20) on top of the £500 they did not get back from the credit card company (in lieu of the seasons that the original 25 year ticket ran for).

    So your typical credit card payer will have ended up paying somewhere in the region of £2,900, against the £2,500 that they orignally contracted to.

    So your typical credit card paying 25 year season ticket holder also lost out and, yes, I realise some have taken up the suite access, but that wasn't necessarily something they would have otherwise chosen to do.

    I believe at the time of the 25 year offer we had already taken out the 5 year deal can't be certain its a long time ago, so I don't think I paid £2500.

    With regards the CC repayment as I understand it ( information from a close friend) the 25 yearers had already attended some home games so any refund was minus the games already attended at the normal match day prices, not at the discounted price that the 25 year deal offered, ie £100 per season divided by 23 home games less than £5 per game.
