    Worst run? Nowhere near.

We are ok financially and have a pretty good fanbase. We do a lot of off the pitch stuff very well.

Recruitment is our major downfall. We are one of the worst in the country at that.

After agree if we had internally been badly run we wouldn't have survived last season.
The club must have been skating on thin ice at times with little cash flow to hand.
Someone managed to keep us afloat.
If we didn't have plan of action in place and executed well, I personally would have thought financially like many other clubs City would have gone under but they didn't.
On the point of recruitment yes we have failed in the past but hopefully with the appointment made of Lee Turnbull a recruitment specialist that part of the business has been addressed and will bear fruit over the coming months.

Fair enough Jon. I hope the "handling of our next appointment" is a bit further down the line than your comment implies though!.
Sadly in this case comments on here have been fired by the media to a degree. Journos are supposed to respect their sources and in my view over the last two weeks in particular that has not happened.
Today we are where we are, we have an appointment which I assume is to be formally unveiled, let's move on now and be happy with that and the many other things, sponsorships, stadium works, etc I'm sure Ryan and team will disclose to us when ready.

The key is that message is disclose when ready. Does the MD of L&G tell its customers everything immediately. Course he doesn't. We need to let Ryan do his job and make announcements when the timing is right.
