We have accrued 6 more points than Salford over the last 8 games and Salford have won 1 in 4 away from home. I'd be happy with a point but on form, we should be looking to win this.

That's what poor ownership does to you, aiming for a point in the khazi league against a team in lesser form.

Really? We had a 4m wage bill 2 years ago. Either way, it won't be polls apart. The difference is we've used that money to take the club from being play off contenders in League 1 to the verge of non league football, and they've used the money to go from being a non league club to the verge of League one football.

Exeter must have played on a different surface when they were on the ball, if we’d have retained the ball and moved it as well as them I’d have been more than happy. Some should go look at Peterborough’s pitch on the league highlights and how well worked some of their goals are. It’s not no mans land in the Great War there were some bald patches and minor bobbles as you’d expect with any pitch this time of year. I remember a Bristol City team playing us off the park on a pitch far far worse, a decent professional outfit can play on far worse than we had to Saturday. Let’s not forget we had injuries though as well m8, less than Exeter but still. I’m confident the players and management won’t have made the same excuses as some on here at least, so hopefully we’ll see an improvement.

Did someone just seriously suggest one of the players was earning £520,000 of that in one year?

I'm sure they are able to find ways to top up wages for the bigger players IF they want/need to, but £10,000 a week???

Every game we play we tend to offer opponents easy options to score..not always taken of course, through poor defensive discipline. Yes we have been more stable of late but we have to step up our game at the back and I.m sure the management have noted the fact. We now have more viable options up front and we are in the great position of expecting to score in every game.But whether it be the return of O'Donnell between the sticks and Canavan given a chance to start, we need to lock teams out if we are to make progress.
