    I know it's a bit early to label this a 'must win' game but I truly think it is! Surely their confidence is even lower than ours, we HAVE to get at them from the start and do not give them any encouragement.

    Right now I would take the proverbial 1-0 win with a goal off someone's backside.

    Given what McCall has said, I fully expect him to stick with the 3-5-2 formation, personally I would revert to a 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1.

    Scrappy 1-0 win at best, though I suspect Southend will take the lead as most away teams have done in our home games this season. If that does happen we will need character and it’s something this team lacks.

    You can get 5 to 1 on Southend taking all 3 points. Even though they've been poor that's still a tempting offer.

    Clueless tickerman will continue to ticker. Change formation again. Play players in the wrong position again. And generally worry about the other team MORE than ours.

    Bradford 0 vs 3 southend.

    THIS IS A MUST WIN. SOUTHEND ARE BOTTOM FOR A REASON. AND WITHOUT A WIN IN GOD KNOWS HOW LONG.

    Listened to Stuart on radio Leeds and it seemed a decent interview to me, upbeat almost.

    Let’s hope he can get his message through to the lads, stats suggest we haven’t beat Southend since Dec 2017, and were never gonna get a better chance than this against their kids.

    Lose to this lot and he must walk, but I think we will win.
