Well that was a weird half.

Looking good in midfield but either side of that quite poor.

3 defenders v 1 player and no tackle or block. Shocking.

Novak should have scored.

They look poor.

Evans needs to come on asap.

Guthrie has been gash.

They're both shite. Awful. This is like pulling teeth.

 

12 months since Guthrie scored a goal, yet McCall still persists with him, mind boggling that he didnt get rid when a couple of clubs enquired about him in the summer.

 

Funny, any fan with a brain has been crying out for a quick finishing type striker and a decent centre back yet we bring in a decent enough player who can't play either of those positions. And we wonder why fans get frustrated.

 

Without a doubt they both need binning off.

Can't remember seeing a worse finisher than Novak. Would prefer A9MAC up top.

But then again, at least he gets into those positions. Guthrie just lingers in one place all game.

Absolutely insane for not getting shut of gash Guthrie when clubs were interested, I'd go as far as inexcusable poor management.

hate to say it, but I just don't get the hype around Staunton.
At fault for the Bolton goal, at fault for the FGR equaliser, at fault for this goal today with a lazy leg in the air.
He isn't good on the ball, not hit one diagonal pass all game.
he only reason there is the love in is because 1) he's 18, 2) he's from the youth team
If we'd brought him in as a loan player, he would be getting pelters

The sad thing is, that Cooke is having such a bad game, it means Evans needs to be brought on for him, leaving Guthrie and Novak to be replaced by Donaldson.
And we know how that’s going to work out.
