    Along with some other Clubs I thought BCFC had said that if furlough payments stop the Club would revert to paying.

    Exactly. But where will the money come from if there are no games? Will Rupp fund the club indefinitely because he won't be able to sell.

    During this period of uncertainty it would timely for us mere observers to hear what Rupp's assessment of the situation is and how he sees the future moving forward for our Club.

    I suggest everyone goes out onto Manningham Lane tomorrow evening with their saucepans, and give Rupp a 5 minute banging to encourage him to put his hand in his pocket. Seems to work wonders for the NHS.

    Failing that, a group of 70 year olds doing their bit collectively walking around the VP pitch since acording to Professor Fordy they won't be let back into VP to watch a real game for a looong, looong time!

    Details, details. I bet one of the over 70's on here could put his mind to it and get it sorted for the rest of the group without breaking sweat. Failing that, I bet Prof Fordy would lend a hand to help his favourite group of fans. Given some of the crap he comes up with, it wouldn't surprise me if the Prof didn't have his own supply of Portaloos from one of his businesses. ;)

    EFL statement. The following bit seems to answer (as far as it can) the tentative way forward, ‘
    Unfortunately, I cannot tell you today when football will resume, though whenever we do return, matches are likely to be played without crowds.

    And whilst we are unfortunately without the presence of the hundreds of thousands of supporters who pass through EFL turnstiles each week, we will endeavour to bring live football direct into your homes once it returns. Plans are continuing to be worked up for all games to be broadcast either via our broadcast partners, iFollow or equivalent Club streaming services.     Hi all hope that each and every single one of you are feeling well and staying safe. I hope that we return to normal life by June or sooner. Missing City desperately as well as my friends and family.

    I have recently continued my Bantams Small Talk Show with 3 Isolation Special Editions. The latest was with TIM THORNTON off SKY SPORTS NEWS. This is available to watch below. He was very impressed with the feedback he left on both Twitter & Facebook.

    I am looking to interview fellow fans about how they are staying safe during this lockdown. Plus chat memories over our beloved City. I hope the season is complete even if behind closed doors as upsetting as it would be. It’s better than not completing the season. As far as promotion goes as Tim says it may not be the season we hoped and performances have not been a 9 out of 10 player performance each game. But it’s still not been too bad.

    At times like this so long as we have a football team and can get back to normal life that’s the most important thing. So let’s get through this as soon as possible.


    If you would like a interview let me know on here. Until then follow the government’s advice and the sooner we will see our family friends and football again.
