    Well if we don't finish the season the tv broadcasters around the world can get their money back because the PL & EFL have broke the contract.

    Taking millions there.. the league has to finish even if it means starting later in the year at some point.

    Your right the league will have to finish there is to much at stake Liverpool’s first title for years. Leeds and West Brom on the brink of the premiership. My guess is they will finish the season in the summer with a late start to next season

    It's very doubtful the broadcasters would risk their reputation in causing PL clubs financial harm as a result of the virus.
    In fact they have would have more people at home watching them anyway so their viewing figures would go up and they can charge more for advertising space.

    They do. The away end must rank as one of the poorest I have ever been to. The 'bogs' there were utterly appaling! However the pubs in the City certainly make up for it.

    It's global mate. Deals done with the PL and EFL. Of course they will!

    They've paid for a product and the contract broken.

    Sky & BT already getting calls from customers about refunds.

    Globally PL need these broadcasters.

    Suspend the season until Saturday 28th June. Then the Premiership can complete its fixtures over 5 weeks, the clubs appear to have nine/ten fixtures each. Last match on Saturday 25th July. They then have a break until the new season starts on 8th August.

    In respect of ourselves, then restart Saturday 21st June, complete 18th July. Start new season 1st August.

    Leaves a sensible gap. Provides a short break between the seasons.

    There you go, I am happy to take over from Rick Parry! ;)
