    Probably already safe as only one goes down. Looking like the only positive atm. Even a new coaching team would take time to change a team so out of form out. I’m starting to think this could be terminal for the season. I expected a reaction against a struggling team, not to be out played as we are again.

    All confidence has gone.

    The players are obviously as frustrated as the fans, and Gary's season-long insistence on being tight and difficult to beat has worn everyone at the club down.

    It's time to move on and rescue this season - the club needs some LIFE injected into it, and Gary and Drury aren't the men.

    Was already to go till last night I read Bowyers piece about Mansfield being a good team and they had players who could hurt us decided then not to waste time and money
    No wonder we always start slowly after listening to that mono toned drivel

    Thing is, being brave and changing it NOW means the autos are a possibility (providing we get the right man - it can't be a complete departure, but it needs to be someone who can invigorate and get the best out of these players).

    Waiting, however, will likely mean play offs are the best we can achieve.

    It will be poor club management, given the players we have, given the quality of the division, if we wait too long and cost ourselves the autos just because we understand the need for stability - let the NEXT man bring stability - Bowyer is not that guy.
