    I like them lentil crisps @Skyebantam@Skyebantam. Kettle make some nice ones and another brand I had recently too. Sweet chilli or something, very nice.

    I just feel that "chips crisps" is an excessive use of words. Lentil chips or Lentil crisps, either is adequate really.

    Need some real life problem advice, not sure why I’m ask here.

    The interviews I’m doing are all scored to see who gets the job, and the questions are asking for examples of situations and solutions from their life. Now obviously younger people have less to draw on so score lower, so today one of my interviewees I thought could have potential but didn’t score highly enough. Do I back my instinct and take a punt, even though in a new job or do I just mark it down to scores are scores.

    You should be careful. In short, the scoring could be open to discrimination and someone could challenge it. Best to base the questions on scenarios they may encounter rather than what they've experienced. Excuse brevity but just cutting to the chase.
