I dont care if you do or dont. Im pointing out the repugnance of the statement you make with your avatar. Showing your support for a man who thinks women who are raped should not be allowed an abortion. Says more about you than me

The real danger to this country comes not from remaining in the EU nor leaving without deal; it comes from the extremists on both sides who are prepared to sacrifice anything and anyone to try and achieve their version of remain/leave.

I hold both sides in equal contempt.

Not this one I have always voted Tory except for a brief fling with Tony Blair basically because they have always supported enterprise and even though they sometimes have lacked a social conscience they have been better custodians of the economy.
But I just can’t support the current rabble I voted remain because it’s better for all of us. However I accepted the result and expected a negotiated and orderly exit which could have happened if the rabble had voted for Mays deal which had compromise on both sides and once out we could have negotiated further out if people wanted that. But here we are I won’t be voting labour and our Jeremy but I like the look of the new Liberal regime and it’s leader both physically and politically and I think they could take over the centre ground in the next parliament.
So until the Tories reject being the second Brexit party that’s it for me

I’ll take your word for it. We must be in the pre season/gelling stage. If this was a pre season, it’s one of the greatly prepared ones.

Feelings run deep Bronco, I don’t like JRM at all, fair play if you want him as your avatar, each to their own I guess. It is massively weird, like ;)

I get your above and understand why a business man would vote Tory.
The Lib/Dem's are worse than any of the other parties, they say they will not accept the peoples vote that is an outrageous comment, can't agree about the Lib/Dem's causing any upsets in the forthcoming general election people have long memories with regards their term along side the Tories, IMO there will be many shocks in the election with Labour sustaining most of them.

In fact. The purist nutjobs are just shouting the loudest. The sensible thing to do, is to leave with a deal. After all, it was roughly a vote split roughly in half. What that deal entails, I don’t know, that’s what should be up for a debate..If you’re arguing to revoke article50, or insisting on no deal, then you’re a bit of a nutter. Because both will inflict harm on the country, in different ways.

As a leaver I enjoy watching him take opponents apart with his political knowledge and the history of Westminster, never gets ruffled and always answers the question, that is something very few MPs do.

Bless. If he spoke with regional accent you’d hate him. He’s thick as pig shit, but knows a few Latin words, so people think he’s clever.

This is the point I would like the Labour supporters to answer, they had chance to support Mays deal which no one knows how long the back stop would have kept us in the Customs Union, and they could have held their heads up and said we have done what we said in our manifesto,
But we know Labour were against any sort of brexit, at least the Lib/Dems have the courage to tell the electorate they will not abide by the referendum vote.

Maybe he should have stepped forward into the limelight more to take care of this ‘easy brexit process’, rather than just voting continuously against May’s deal and sitting comfortably in the background without having to actually get his hands dirty? Funnily, these lot shout a lot but offer exactly no substance about how they would do things different. I know he wants a no deal, great for him, but then he won’t be affected negatively like the vast majority potentially will be. He’s like nicola sturgeon, and alex salmond - he wants his Brexit, bollocks to the costs. He can then dine out with Farage for the rest of his days having earned the dubious notoriety of the ones that made it all happen. Hell, he can join Sturgeon et al as well because he will have made their day, their paths will cross on the after dinner circuit.
