    Yes the great man was an invited guest a few years ago when we played Swindon at home but never got the chance to meet him.
    There must have been some very good strikers or center forwards as we knew them back in the day, his career was as follows :
    1957–1959 Rotherham United 11 (4)
    1959–1960 Swindon Town 41 (28)
    1960–1962 Bradford City 65 (44)
    1962–1964 Sheffield Wednesday 74 (52
    128 goals in 191 starts with 52 of them being in the old First division as it was known.

    I've said it before and since then it's looking even more like we aren't planning to go up this year. The plan could be to consolidate, use the next two windows to get who GB wants and go for promotion next year.

    Joined Wimbledon from Ireland in January. Seemed to start well in Jan/Feb and is pacey from a couple of reports I just read. Not sure why they see him as surplus.
