    Got it loaded on the tv... currently got a pic of the pitch but there's no movement. ..anyone wlse have the same?

    I have just purchased the match subs but where do I go to see the bloody game? It has just taken me to show my payment details have been successful and then when I click on watch the game live it wants me to pay again!!

    Its sorted now :rolleyes:

    Go onto first team fixtures. Once on there, click "Live Match Centre" - then it'll take you to the listen/watch screen. I know...it's tricky. I had the same.

    Footnote: I clicked on my IPTV channels which I mentioned before, and lo and behold, there are iFollow games to watch. Championship games, League One and some League Two - unfortunately our game doesn't seem to be featured.

    I am struggling with the laptop. It say I have bought the match app but there is no button to press play. Getting it on my iPad

    Sooooo annoying, i actually registered again with a new account, paid £45 for the season pass, and paid £10 to watch the match... but says cos i did it in safari i have to do it in the app....

    I try to log in on the app and it says verify your account, but there is no email to verify my new account and ive checked spam also!

    This is like legalised extorsion!! How are they allowed to get away with this?

    Its effing garbage.

    The ‘help’ is a joke. Nobody is on live chat. They dont have a Twitter page (closest is EFL’s) and nobody responds to emails.

    Used it fine last year three times but can’t get it working tonight.

    Sounds like they’ve messed up Pompey’s game big time and dealing with loads of complaints there.

    Not working for me either. Used it a few times overseas so not sure what the problem is. Get as far as the ‘buy now ‘ button but then does diddly squat. Useless

    I don’t know why you all have so much trouble with it. As match day is when the sites generally busiest and it’s most likely to have issues (although that’s less of a concern since the server move, for a god part of last season before the move it was a constant battle to prevent the whole thing crashing) I'm around so I sub to the season pass (I have my own private proxy server setup for work purposes which I can use to make it think I’m abroad so I can get the full matches and not just audio) so I've watched pretty much every match and I've never had any trouble.

    The only thing that annoys me is the broadcast framerate. As most sports are fast paced they really need broadcast in 50/60fps. Otherwise you get a bit of motion judder which can be annoying. I follow seems to be broadcasting in 25/30fps so you get the motion judder, anyone who watched last night will have noticed that unlike watching a match on regular tv the ball wasn’t moving smoothly, it was more like it was making lots of small jumps forward rather than smooth forward motion and that’s due to the fps being too low

    Yeah I had similar, however put it down to HDMI connection from lap top to TV, when I looked at laptop seemed fine but preferred to watch on a bigger screen

    If I bought a high spec HDMI would the picture improve, its was just ok, but used to watching 4K TV.

    No. It's not limited by the cable. It only broadcasts in 720p at 25/30fps so you need about 4meg internet connection to get that
