Yep, Rahic had to be taken seriously "he knew football" £250,000 he certainly knew football.

I think he has a value,he's an international,Accrington
wanted him back and I bet a few league 2 sides would
be interested.

He's not started regularly but he's scored goals at a fair
rate for a midfielder.I would like to hear from him,exactly
why he doesn't want to come back.

Well,different manager and the bad influence gone so he
should be seeing us a little differently,not just we're league2
now,but if he had words with GB then maybe he might think
again or maybe wants another crack at league 1 with possibly
improved chance of international call up?

Considering he's under contract I'd suggest "zero chance" is probably an exaggeration.

I'm a bit thick I suppose but all the stuff I've seen from McCartan seems to be the standard "pleased to be here " blah blah blah aimed at his Lincoln situation and a bunch of stuff taking the piss out of people trolling him. I expect the sack of spuds comment is exactly that, aimed at people giving him sh*t online suggesting he is worthless.
I haven't seen anything where he says he doesn't want to be at VP. As for the disruptive character stuff, any of us lot actually know the guy or have reliable stuff to suggest that it may be true (apart from winding up internet trolls)?
For what its worth, I think the "get him off the payroll to free up money for others coming in" argument makes sense but if he comes back, he has to get his head down, get into the team and make himself a starter.

He clearly doesn't want to play for us but we paid a lot of money for him (£200k?) so unless Lincoln stump up a substantial amount of that I cant see us letting him go anywhere. Could be a decent player for us in league 2.

 

And if they won’t then what?
