It's nothing to do with quality of player why the odds have reduced, the bookies take no interest in football at this level. It's because people(our fans) are putting it on. Wyke going will only change it if more people slam money on it.

 

I think they will - people must've been slamming money on it for the past few weeks. I'm not a betting man but I can understand why people are putting money on it.

 

The bookmakers can happily go evens so I can arb off my monies and make a healthy profit. Only go evens when the league 1 table and market forces dictate.

Plus you still can get 7/1 on relegation with Bet 365

 

I've never really understood season long bets unless they are part of an acca.

At 4/1 if you stick an tenner on you'll get 50 back with your stake, even if it comes in which in a 24 team league is quite unlikely, then you have to wait 10 months to win £50. Totally pointless go stick £10 on the next horse race and you can win far more with less runners.
