For anyone who knows Patsy I got this massage from an old mate Andy Naylor.

I saw on Bantams Talk people asking about Patsy.
I see his daughter at most games he is 80 in a few weeks time.
She's organised a party for him on Saturday 14 February at Little Horton Social Club.
I wondered if you could post it on message board, all his old friends are more that welcome to attend.
Unfortunately Tiny passed away a few years ago.

 

I'm not buying tickets for Wigan on the back of the effort or lack of it seen in the last two games.

See how the next couple of weeks go, I think others might have a similar mindset too.

 

I’ll wait and see but if there’s no improvement I’ll be returning the Wimbledon , Vale and Wigan tickets.

I was planning on going to Reading as my last away ground in our division to visit but after the last two games my enthusiasm has plummeted.
Trains, hotel, tickets, food and drink, not expecting much change out of £400 for two of us.
Ah, sod it why not.

 

Why not? if you can afford it.. maybe you'll get a reprise of "Pudding" doing his somersaults like he did in the FA cup game in 2015?

 

IIRC you had to buy tickets for the away trips on Paty's coaches at the Market Tavern?

 

When we played Newcastle away mid 80s Tuesday night. League Cup. I had to actively ‘advise’ Patsy to let me show his minibus where to park outside St James instead of him asking the Police as he had being ‘enjoying the trip up’ and was driving it ! Legend is not worthy a word

 

I still remember him handing out his coach ticket stubs in the Tavern sat down at his official desk

 

Worth the travel down and 3 nil pumping. Glorious.

Few seats left in block available at the minute then two blocks left to be released.
That's some effort considering our current form.
