What do we need in January

He answers it well and he makes an important point that quite a few seem to be missing that we don't play with wingers so he can't play as a winger in this side, it's either the striker or one of the 10s and for the team he is better as a striker than as a 10.

We really need to move on from this now in the press conferences, both Humphrys and Alexander have answered the question fully so this should be the end of it and no need to bring it back up.

 

He'd be terrible as a LWB as he would dribble into danger far too often and lose the ball in the defensive 3rd. He wouldn't be able to do the defensive side, if he's not trusted defensively to play as a 10 then there's a reason for that so he would have no chance as a LWB.
