Totally used to it now. On episode 5 already. Didn’t know Billy Bob was in it - fantastic actor! Enjoying it very much.

 

Just seen gascoigne on Netflix hilarious and sad at the same time. Shows what bast@rds the English press can be . But what a player

 

Watched one on YouTube with Keane and Neville getting interviewed, think it's in Dublin. His relationship with Alex Ferguson is interesting, to say the least.

 

In terms of watching - I've jumped back on Shameless season 7 going to watch it through to the end. The English one not the shite yank one. It's an easy watch where I don't have to really concentrate. Think they actually pick on quite a few societal issues - which I never really noticed/appreciated the first time around. I am struggling to find a few of the episodes easily online... any ideas for websites?

Watched Tiger King - thought it was decent. Not exactly blockbuster. But enjoyable all the same.
Dont F*ck with cats - Again interesting - the internet can be a crazy place.
Narcos - enjoyed season one a lot. But it's in Spanish so need subtitles.
Making of a murderer - Watched series one what feels like forever ago. But I did some googling and I think they were creative with what they left out, left a bit of a sour taste.

Heard brilliant things about Ozark so will try get on that at some point.

 

I was a latecomer to Ozark. Recently raced through first 2 series and currently 4 episodes into series 3. Its about as close to binge watching I have done, really good.

 

Watching Outnumbered again, this time with my daughter. She loves it.

I'm making my way through Ozark as well.

If you haven't watched it, then Mad Men is great. Seven series to go at.

 

Anyone seen miracle in cell no 7 on Netflix? Might not be everyone. Turkish with English subtitles

 

Discovered something called Manifest on Sky - just getting to the end of S1 (16 episodes). Intense in some episodes, can’t decide if it’s lost its way in E14 &15, last one to go. Watched them in 4 days, definitely got something.

 

Just finished Narcos Mexico
If you liked the first Narcos,this is as good.

 

Started watching this a while ago. Promising first few episodes, then for some reason lost interest midway through the series

 

I watched a couple the other night, forgot how good it was. Been binging on Peep Show again this past few days, comedy genius.

 

Has anybody else watched War of the Worlds on Fox. I think its been a gripping slow burner, but just watched episode 8 and now haven't got an effing clue what's going on.......can anyone explain please?

Finished season 2. What the he’ll was that ufo doing there? Totally weird! Enjoyed it as much as the first season. Onwards to season 3 now!

 

Season one is just brilliant for me. But as you say it is good all round. One of the best shows ever made.

 

I agree. As I said, I had initial reservations about Martin Freeman playing an American role, but after half an hour, it was totally normal. I even heard myself pronouncin' things in a Minnesota accent once fully into the show Reservations have arisen again now that Ewan McGregor is in the third season, but I'll see it through. You say the third isn't so good? The thing I liked about the first one, is that it's in a similar vain to the others I like - Breaking Bad, Ozark etc, where things get progressively worse for the "hero", who is desperately trying to make things better, but in reality is just getting dragged deeper and deeper into the mire, until they start to embrace their new lifestyle. The second season started off a bit slow, but in the end turned into an old fashioned Western style scernario - two families in a turf war. Great stuff!
