    Seen many, many times as Son of a Bitch (never as Saxon) at The FForde Grene in Leeds.

    Would have been 1975 to 1979 when I lived just round the corner from the "Fordy".

    Many years ago, a small group of us saw Curved Air. Along with many others, I fell in lust with Sonja Kristina that night. My mate took a different path. He thought he looked like Darryl Way because they both had long dense curly hair which seemed to attract girls. So he bought a cheap violin, joined the school orchestra in order to complete his transition to a violin playing rock heartthrob. He never quite reached Way's standard!

    I too saw Curved Air at Redcar Jazz Club in 1973 (I think).

    I too believed Sonia Christina was a goddess.

    I have seen Curved Air since but my greatest disappointment in all my gigging years was in COVID-19.

    We (my wife and myself) had tickets to see Curved Air at Selby Town Hall but we couldn’t really go as my wife is asthmatic and couldn’t sit in an audience.

    We always sit at the front in Selby, I would have been less than THREE feet from Ms Christina!
