Frost tonight, so it will depend on how well the covers do.

Is our aim to have every game postponed until Cook is fit?

Our local dog walking routes adjacent to the football clubs pitches are frozen solid and it’s only minus 2 down here . No idea what Bradford forecast is but they won’t be waiting for snow to arrive if it’s not due to warm up , it will be off .

It depends then if the soil is frozen underneath . Who knows , it’s certainly looking iffy .

IF Covers are put down at 4pm and taken off at 10am in the morning the pitch will be fine and the game will go ahead

Totally agree , sadly not part of Sky’s, who runs football these days, business plan model of year round sport . Football is their major money spinner I would think in the UK?

    It would be superb tbh.

Sadly probably not. Shadows from the stand prevent soil thawing .

Yes agree the stands blocking the sun from helping thawing has always been a problem

Get Rupp over, add in Sparks, Gent, Sharpe and Alexander, stand them on the pitch and between them they'd be enough hot air to get the game on

Slightly different forecasts, but both of them have it as above freezing overnight and no snow falling. I would be very surprised if the pitch wasn’t playable. With little chance of fresh ice, then the surrounding streets should be okay. I will be setting off before 11.00 tomorrow, with an expectation the game will go ahead.
