Richards looks like he's picked up another injury with his hamstring

 

Crosses hitting the first man is criminal.

 

Is he out of contract in summer? Hamstrings made of tissue paper

 

That looks like another muscle injury for Richards judging by how he was down and walked off like he was wanting to cry. Got to feel for him as it must be a very tough place to be as a player when you keep getting injuries especially when you are still quite young.
Assume McIntyre will come on for Richards with Touray moving up to LWB.

 

Massive shame if so.

Going to make it difficult to find his next club, too.

 

Yeah just a 1 year deal thankfully. The lad has had so many issues since signing here it's unreal.

 

Shaky at the back, toothless upfront.

 

With the amount of issues he's had at City, his next club is always going to be a gamble. Countless hamstring issues, thigh & groin last season too i think? Shoulder popped out how many times? Think he had something with his eye before too? Rotten luck but its everytime he gets a game or two he misses 10.

Despite our ridiculous choice of RWB who they targeted from minute one , we haven’t played all that bad .

 

Got into the game more after the 2nd goal but likely more down to Bolton sitting off more. Other than the Metcalfe I don't think we've had another shot on target, only other half chance I can think of is Pointon's shot

 

In a nutshell

We've still a squad full of L2 players. And it shows tonight. It's not a surprise nor is it a sleight on the players. We've just spent six years there, was always going to take more than one transfer window to upgrade. Momentum carried us through the first two months of the season.
