    Got this from a close friend, Id been offered tickets but decided against going, this was his take on the evening.
    However you remember the 56 on Sunday, please watch 'Unforgotten' at 9 pm on BBC2. I watched it at Media Museum last night and never been more proud of being a Bradfordian.

    I don't think the programme is trying to determine you have forgotten-rather the opposite. I think Northern has misunderstood the title. Hope you are enjoying celebrating promotion mate. It's about time eh?

    Oh yesssss. Long overdue . I’ve really enjoyed the vids this week too. Tears in my eyes too many times !

    Yes I’ve oddly just sussed the prog out to record it..,I won’t watch it though. I saw the proper title and thought like you , something we will never forget.
    Unforgotten is poor English but I see it now !
    Hope you are keeping well.? We all needed that huge pressure cooker release didn’t we?

    Think it was as biggest turn out I've witnessed and I've done them all since they started at Centenary Square, as you say mate holding back the tears when that was sung.

    Even going back from leaving the ground. Queueing at the phone box on Queens Rd to let wife know I was Ok. She could see the smoke from Kings Rd as it turned out ! I sent her to get me 10 cigs and I’d stopped smoking 5 YEARS earlier! Silly things eh?

    I presume Tony you had a very similar "moment" as I did that day.
    As I was pushing myself to the back of the paddock to head for the turnstiles when I saw a young lad climbing through the hole in the fence to the kop.
    By the grace of god and all that.

    So far quite informative and educational on the background of the club in the years pre-fire, using first hand interviewees.

    I for one wasn't aware of the financial struggles in 1983 which led to players being unpaid and a rallying whip-round from supporters totalling over £40,000 to save the club.

    The Bradford Brass Band added to the remembrance proceedings with a performance worthy and befitting of our remembrance day.
