I mentioned before his injury that his style of play had changed, in that he started to play via passing to LAW. I remember that as I pointed that out, it was obviously an instruction from McCall.
Before that - playing his OWN game, the lad was fine, and served the whole team well.
I liked Stuart, but sometimes he 'over thought' things. Reeves is just one of those cases.

 

He's not fit to lace Cullen's boots. not an adequate replacement in a month of sundays.

he looked alright for a few week, he's done nothing since. people are just guessing that he was playing through injury to cover for the fact he was rubbish.

 

Nobody is guessing at all. Many on here were alarmed at how poor he had become and some were suggesting he had raised his game too high to start with and couldn’t keep it up.

Then THE CLUB admitted he had been playing unfit for months but that he couldn’t do so anymore and they booked him in for surgery.

You don’t rate him - fair enough. But there are a majority that do

 

Yes if we want to stay in League1. He’s not good enough to get us into the Championship. We’d be better off trying to sign Eisa instead. Much younger and more potential.

 

Reeves is a defensive midfielder but McCall tried to play him as an attacking midfielder. He played well for Wimbledon in the defensive role and should be played there next season.

 

We do need an attacking midfielder which in my view we have been short of now for two seasons.

I'd really like Grayson to stay and get his players in. As others have said I suspect we'll see some familiar names through the door and hopefully a few out of it too.

Alot of this will now rest with Rupp and his willingness to put more cash in. Can't help thinking that when Edin was talking about some of the stuff that has been going in affecting investment he was actually talking about Rupp not some as yet unknown German investors.

 

Well Grayson in the interview yesterday said Edin was in Germany on Holiday and business. Rupp has been in New Zealand according to others on here

 

I was going back a bit further to when they had the forum he was talking about how it might affect investment. I was talking to a German fella and asked him about the Hitler videos he wasn't impressed and basically said if you did that in Germany you'd be in jail he thinks they both would have been incredibly offended by it. Anyway that's all been done to death.

 

Agree with this. Don't really get the hype. He's just standard league 1 player. No better, no worse.

 

Looks busy but doesn't actually do much, a bit like Billy Knott. Didn't help with McCall swapping and changing his position all the time. Still not sure what his role is? Certainly not the worst midfielder we've had.

 

Edin was at the game last night I was told, in one of the boxs ?.

Look, if you want Bradford City to make it in to the Championship then you need to understand the club needs better than Jake Reeves who offers nothing but pointing to where he thinks the ball should go.
