If Grayson stays, expect a few older heads from his days at Preston & possibly Sunderland. Likes of Patrick, Poleon, Reeves, Vincelot etc. to be moved on at a loss. TaTa McMahon, Wyke moved on for a fee if he is still worth anything. IF the owners invest then it could be the turn around we are craving, if not expect a few cheap untested, poor quality German players to come in for next to nowt.

With Bury been relegated they are in danger of going into Admin soon. Some big names, has been sis and wages to pay off there. For me Greg Leigh would be a good addition, should never have let him go to be honest, also there is a sold right back at Bolton who could be good, not getting much game time..Steven Darby..anyone know owt about him.

As long as we get a couple of “Gary Jones” type characters in midfield I will be more than happy.

Looking forward to the missing 6,000 season ticket holders moaning that it’s unfair than they can’t get tickets for the possible big cup ties and playoffs next year...Yee of little faith ⚽️

I'd personally go for Duffy at Sheff Utd. he's 32. Offer him a decent contract i'm sure he'll take it. Knows LG1 inside & out.

What has Reeves done that we need to get rid of him.
Played fantastic first couple of months and then got injured.
IMO a fit Reeves is what we have missed. Not played well since his injury.
He made vincolet a ten times better player.
I won’t be happy if he gets chinned off. At he very least we should have him for next season

 

Fully agree he was excellent until his injury. And instead of him playing through pain and being restricted he should have been taken out and he may have been back playing now

he looked alright for a few week and then was crap. this was before he got the injury that we don't even know for a fact he played through.

And yet the vast majority of contributors to C&B suggested he was as good as Cullen before his form dropped. And even those that didn’t think he was as good as Cullen, they did agree he was a good replacement. Yet you’re suddenly claiming he “looked alright for a few weeks and then was crap”?

There was a player in there until he stopped playing to his max and we have since found out why.

 

No where near as good as Cullen. Not a bad player but another one who has got better while being injured. Callum Guy already looks better.
