    Then who will cover lb if Riley is at rb and Chicksen also goes (which some think will happen)? Wood isn't good enough yet imo.

    Would you rather Chicksen stayed and NKP goes? Because if one of them is going and one is staying, that's not the outcome I'd like to see.

    Not enough cover for left back to let chicksen leave I think we would be fine with the other cb we have to let nkp go didn’t have the best off season

    We need nkp for cover in case we play 3 at the back and need Chicksen to cover/compete with Riley for LB since neither Riley nor Wood are tested and proven at this level

    Before deciding if this is potentially on I'd like to know how good is the hearing of a goose? Better than a dog? Zebra?

    Think we're covered in regards to central midfielders, already got Akpan, Wright, Reeves and Devine. Could see City loaning 1 more player in like Guy but other than that i think our funds are tied up in resolving the striker situation.

    Was said we was trying to sign Lund plus reeves is injured not played in any pre season if akpan or Wright gets injured we will be screwed Wouldn’t mind Guy back looked a really good player

    I'd much prefer that, competition for places keeps players on their toes as well which can only be a good thing.

    I doubt very much that two of those will be appearing regularly if at all in the starting XI. Devine's main contribution this coming season is likely to be sitting on the bench as City's only 'club developed' player. If he doesn't, what will we do to meet the new EFL regs? We need another CM to provide options and flexibility in the line-up. It may be a permanent signing or possibly a season long loan. If we don't do either, we'll be repeating last season's mistake by having to play people with injuries or who are out of form. That's a lesson I hope we've learned this season.
