Why restrict it to just strikers?

 

Indeed, the quality throughout the team is staggeringly underwhelming.

 

That's true, we're shite everywhere.

But look on the bright side. The budget to improve on what we've got won't be any higher and we'll have the same fella pulling the strings. Consistency, right there.

 

But under a proper coach rather than a manager they will improve 100%, it's a well known fact .

 

Other than Wyke and on occasions Jones and possibly McCartan, the rest are..... let’s just say, not very good.

Regardless of what happens with Wyke and Poleon, we need at least 1 more striker and, ideally 2.

 

This lad Jordy Hiwula is out of contract in July I'd take him on a free.

 

But only for a free.

 

That's all we can afford to pay a £1 or free .

 

It did get us a reasonably good goalkeeper. Perhaps we should try it for all positions.

Jordy Hiwula - ahhh great another 1 in 5 striker at this level. No thanks.

Prefer us to look elsewhere and possibly get somebody in who scores goals.

 

I have not done the game time against goals but at both Bradford City and Fleetwood his game time was low, be intersting to see what they were.

 

TBF his goals per minute weren't too bad at Fleetwood last season....a goal every 226 minutes. But he lost his place due to poor form and only scored 2 goals in the league from 21st November on wards.

He scored a goal every 255 minutes at City the year before. In contrast, Poleon scored a goal every 245 minutes this season in League One.

It is a no from me. I would like to see us look forward rather than back in the striker hunt.
