I am hoping we can come to an agreement on a pay as you play type deal for Angol for next season.

Well for be that is the best home match of the season. Commitment, determination and flare at times. It was just great to watch. They continue to make mistakes but they are getting less and less. Angol and Dion were both outstanding the latter was out on his feet as were many of the players. If they had played like that all season we would have won more games. I thought Songo was immense. Loved it.

Hey come on Simon! This is why so few people now even want to get into training as referees. The guy's not 'crooked' , that's a real slur. He was plain wrong on a number of occasions, poor judgement, wasn't communicating well enough with his other match officials. But your 'crooked' implies he's in some way pro Tranmere, anti City.

Maybe, but after what we have been subjected to this is a vast improvement. It is taking time to get the Adams out of them.

Onside, I could not agree more. This was a proper blood and guts League 2 game with alot of skill along the way. A joy to watch. Ten men after 35 minutes and we still kept going forward. Great game. What you pay your money for. None of us should be surprised about how well a top class manager puts his team out. Today he worked the tactics really well. However, there'll be few players he'll keep on after May.

Tranmere played poorly because we didn’t allow them to do we would have won he game with Eleven without Watt’s stupidity. Whilst I think the second booking was harsh I think the referee was lenient not sending him off for the first

Fair point Hornsea, I take it back as it was a heat of the moment comment. All I would say is he has 'form' when it comes to officiating our games, I would feel more confident in him if for once we got the benefit of his key decisions

I think you could have put a national League side out today and Tranmere would have struggled. You can definitely see why their form is awful. Funny, just been having a conversation about the sending off and my mate agrees with your take on it.

That late strike from Lee would have been worthy of the winning goal which overall we deserved, reminded me very much of 60s football, blood and thunder .

We were excellent with 11 but 10 against 12 was just undone by one piece of skill from McManaman. The referee had a shocker. They were theatrical all the game , the idiotic ref fell for it hook line and sinker. Bass’s booking was planned in advance if you watch the referee in the few seconds he collected the ball. No warnings , no “ hurry ups” , just a straight booking was poor!

They were pretty dreadful I agree, but are we doing ourselves a disservice, because we made them look awful. The position MH put Pereira in was a master stroke!! Sign him and quick!

Oh and THAT overhead kick attempt. Now that was funny. Can't think I have seen a player sit down while trying to do an overhead kick

Yeah, we said exactly the same - not just an equaliser against a mid table team with 10 men!! Really enjoyed today, loved the atmosphere, absolutely brilliant...just a shame we couldn't keep them out but it was about the only time in the game that Ridehalgh wasn't close enough to his man. Some of the football we played was great to watch and unrecognisable from some of the stuff earlier in the season.....

Now that is how I want to see Bradford City play.

Enjoyed it! We have a manager that gets it.

Just noticed Mike Dean was in the Tranmere end. Wonder what he thought of the clown in black today.

Who sent off windass in the car park? I was 99 per cent sure it was Drysdale before this thread. But now I'm not so sure
