    Better and more experienced coaches have had a good squad of players and still failed. Why are you so certain we won’t struggle with the players we have and an inexperienced coach?

    Poor MC is setting himself up with this statement
    “When we step out against Carlisle and for the first game of the season, I’ll have no excuses for the team."

    However, if it does go really pear-shaped I'll be directing most of my anger at the boardroom, I'll not be knocking young lads is they're trying their hardest, even whilst getting hammered.

    All this chat about shoes and in the case of our rookie Coach, first tentative steps, makes me wonder when we will see a new CEO appointment. Or have I missed it..

    I suppose Grayson was only in post for a few months and was appointed after the transfer window. I thought his style of play was fairly uninspiring and three wins in fourteen outings was poor!

    Only did feck all because he was a championship manager and we were L1 though. Wonder what he's doing today, fishing, shooting at Coniston Hall ? Certainly not taking pre-season training somewhere. How much Job Seekers Allowance will he get ?

    I think you know my view perfectly well.

    I believe in Collective Responsibility as espoused by the club.

    Except history tells us that some members of committees, are 'more equal than others'!
