Anarchists and protesters are all the same. It doesnt matter if we spend £1m, bring in a top class manager and win our first ten games - their minds are made up and will not eat humble pie.

See Trump and the left. He can do absolutely no right and only the bad is remembered.

    Pathetic.

Absolutely nothing you put has any relevance to the point I made. What have the mid season injuries or Grayson to do with the situation last May ?

You posted neither did he man up and say Ok pay me off and I will walk. He knew he couldn't work with the owners but stayed anyway. and I said it wasn't going too bad until December, which I think would suggest you're wrong because that's just what he did, maybe at times things were tense but they worked together, so that proves you comment was invalid, do you see the point now ?.

If it had been any one other than Stuart i agree, they would have walked away. But with all the things that have happened to Stuart during his playing and first managerial career at City, I can fully understand why he didn't walk away. This was his one and only chance to take this club to the championship, emotion makes you do things your head would tell you to stay well clear of. I'm guessing he weighed up the fact it would be a very strained working relationship with Rahic, to the point of being unbearable, but this is Bradford City, a club that means more than anything to him.
Like has been said countless times now he's gone. But any potential new manager is going to have to accept that Bradford City isn't one of the easier ships to sail in the sea of the football league.

I would have thought McCall was one of the easier managers to work with. It happens a lot in business where owners and managers personalities clash and this was no exception. It's going to take a manager with a certain mind set to work under those conditions. The relationship between our next manager and Rahic is probably the most important aspect of this clubs short term future.

Having already done pretty much exactly as Park suggested, and not been satisfied with the answers what’s my next step? Because “at least I tried”.

That isn’t true. He’d have been branded a quitter - as you well know.

I'm not sure, i'd heard early on that the situation wasn't handled very well but not once did i hear about Rahic going into the hotel. There is usually something behind a rumour but the truth is nowhere near as dramatic as the internet fantasists make out.

Agree, as I posted he ground it out, yes it was possibly very uncomfortable at times but he once again rebuilt the team and had them over achieving right up till the New Year, it would have been interesting if he'd got us to the next level how would they have gone about sacking him then.
He was in a no win situation, he stayed and knew the first bad spell would give them an excuse to sack him and as you say if he walked he was a quitter, as some (you know who) remind us during his first spell here as manager.

You see I was fully behind them when they first arrived. Got behind the development squad, signing players to make profit on etc. The first summer window, as they admitted they couldn't implement their ideas, given the older signings of Vincelot, NKP etc. Then we get to last January and make two great signings in Wyke and Jones (who I still think will come good btw) and their plan looks to be really exciting.

But then it's almost as if they took their foot off the gas a little last summer and signed average player after average player. This adding to losing 5 of our best players in the window (3 to playoff rivals) and their plan all goes tits up. Budget cuts year after year will get us nowhere unless we get extremely lucky. You simply cannot expect a top six finish with a mid table budget. It's utterly ludicrous.

Their PR disasters have been spectacular and coupled with their blaming of the fans at the fans forum have alienated the fans to a point where many don't believe a word they say (myself included).

Contrary to his own beliefs edin knows sod all about football, neither does stefan and the fact that we don't have a footballing brain at the top level of the club possibly explains why such poor on field decisions keep being made.

I'm not at the banners out stage (yet) but they need to change and fast. And we as fans need to see evidence of such change. The managerial appointment and summer transfer window is their last chance for me. Get it wrong and I'm not sure how anyone can defend them. But if they get it right, I'll happily hold my hands up and get behind them.

Get Baldwin in. He would get support from all fans. He understands the club, running it and is one of us.
