    Am l allowed to say that I quite like going to Charlton?

    Sad to see their plight.

    I think you know my views on a number of these clubs with a pathetic fan base and vanity owners who are propelling them beyond their normal level.

    If we had,t moved from Kent when I was six they would have been my club.

    Yes, whole family were from East London / Essex. Parents married and the available housing to buy were South, the East End still rebuilding after the war.
