5th choice CB now it seems so no space in the 18 for him. None of the other CBs are close to a yellow card ban so the only way he will get back in is with a sending off or injury or bad form from a 1 or 2. It would be risky to sell him and leave us with 4 CBs when playing a back 3.

 

Only 30 minutes to wait before we can stop talking about Young and get back to concentrating on how shit Smallwood is at set pieces.

I so much want to like GA, but some on his team selections are baffling. How odour keeps getting selection is beyond words. No doubt Smallwood on all dead ball's which is shocking

 

Totally agree can't believe his selection today. Taylor odour starting over tomkinson and Pointon is baffling. I'd wud have actually started every outfield player thats on the bench.

 

I really don't get this.I don't know what Kelly did wrong to get dropped in the first place,so not sorry he is back,but what has Tomkinson done wrong.He is the only central defender we have who can bring the ball out of defence,and he has a bit of pace.I think Platts agent will be working overtime to get him a move,he has really been ditched by the look of it.I just don't understand the thinking at the moment.

 

There's at least 4 in there that should be nowhere near the first team, even with the injuries we have.

 

The Swindon pitch looks in good order, let's hope we actually play on it rather than over the top of it.

 

Not impressed with the starting 11 really. There must be reasons for Ridehalgh and Oduor to be starting but I struggle to see them. That said, I hope they play well and prove me wrong.
