You mean this …? From Octobers notes

    5. Updates from Club not captured on Agenda

    a. Stadium improvements ongoing: including seats, toilets, speakers, and regulatory upgrades

prioritised. Financial constraints require phased upgrades; focus remains on pitch investment.

    b. New kits in production; retail turnover targets set higher for next year.

    c. Floodlight stanchions: LED upgrades required by 2027 due to mercury ban; floodlight mast

    replacement shelved for now.

I wonder if this 'significant American partnership' has already boosted the transfer kitty?

Hot hand washing water in the toilets. And accessible hand dryers (ie not where everyone queues).

    It’s the 21st century FFS!!!

Any feedback on the self service beer dispensers in the Midlands Rd stand, and any plans to implement them in the Kop or Main Stand?

Have you been in the toilets at away grounds?
Ours are presidential rating compared to these
More important matters on the agenda I’d guess

Think this was mentioned in the notes of the past meeting.

Need to figure out best practice for them, however i took from it that perhaps it wont be continued soon. Said there was plans to open up the old bookmaker booths in the kop to use as Beer only sales to increase flow

    Sent a few in because im a sad bugger;

whether it would be viable to open up official away travel again now given large travelling numbers, given that current transport offerings are not everyone's cup of tea

Reciprocal pricing, can we meet with clubs pre-season and arrange given many games are now in excess of £30 when including booking fees

Whether the official merchandise is still value for money, we seem to be paying for the brand with even basic tops now touching £40+ not to mention the £115 and £90 hoodies.

generic question around frost covers/heat lamps etc, and their current use

The minutes from the meeting on 15th January here.

    Main discussion points:
    • Rotherham postponement - club did everything reasonable, lighting rigs are more for grass growth than melting ice. The previous time we hired a heated tent it caused significant damage to the pitch
    • Season tickets - club looking at allowing families to add an extra ticket during the renewal phase
    • Ground reconfiguration for away fans - couple of options being looked at. 1) moving the segregation line in Midland Road presumably to make that section 2,000. 2) Reversing the home and away fans like the Carlisle game
    • Potential to have a season ticket buy back scheme and the club are looking at how they could do it fairly.
    • America trip - new American partnership has been secured and will be announced in the next 3 weeks (it doesn't say whether it's 3 weeks from the meeting or the document going live which was yesterday
    • Darley Street Market - looks like there will be some sort of commercial partnership with them

That seems to suggest that the club can do not more? If the previous use of heated tents, caused such problems, then I have no recollection of the club, commenting on this? Anyone else.
There must be other solutions? Perhaps newer frost covers with protection to say minus seven? I recall Roger Owen saying we got ours, as surplus to requirement from Manchester United U 23’s/21’s.
Firstly they are discarded by Manchester United for a reason!
Secondly they are probably ten+ years old, wear and tear may have rendered them less effective and they could be an obsolete design.
Time to come up with a ‘can do’ response, rather than a ‘no can do’.

Thanks for posting @Birky Bantam@Birky Bantam

Will be iinteresting to see how they plan on doing this as there aren't many places left where people could move groups to and sit together but it does make sense to allow an extra ticket to be added onto a group eg if a child needs adding

Seems to be a lot of "when budget allows" explainations in this and other meetings which isnt great. Probably goes a fair way to explaining the approach to the transfer window.

regardless of budget some requests and repairs are a "need" if we are to look like a professional set up
