The only one that applies to is Wintle, who we enquired for but were priced out of. Its been reported by different parties that we showed an interest in Morsey as of December. I think GA is probably thinking about formation changes and needing the players who can shift positions during games and be comfortable, we were clearly one dimensional by the second half of the season and that lack of versatility cost us point

So yes , there’s nothing wrong with high expectations , absolutely not, in fact it’s far better than dumbing down and setting such a low bar however a sense of realism has to be added to a squad budget of say £6m ?

I feel the fact that one of the few quotes talks about him playing in midfield is unhelpful and people are reading into it. I'm sure he lots more to say about his experience and motivations for joining. No idea why they kept it so short and used that particular quote.
