    Apparently a few clubs were interested in McCracken, including Celtic, who wanted him as a backup keeper.

    I’d imagine first team football was a major factor in his decision to come here and I’d be surprised if he hadn’t been given some indication he’d have a genuine chance of being the number one.

    QPR and Wednesday have both been linked to McCraken publicly and Celtic rumoured to have shown interest (albeit as backup). He was in the Scotland squad under two years ago at 23/24 years old as a keeper.

    He's not coming here to sit on the bench. He might not start the season as #1, but he'll definitely end it as #1.

    Agree, someone with international ambitions isn't coming to sit on the bench of a league one club. But, as GA says, he needs to perform well first and foremost.
