Jatta is very over rated imo

 

He’s not bad until he doesn’t get his own way then goes into his shell and gets sent off and banned for 6 gsmes
I’d pay double to see him and Virgil Van Tilt in opposition.

 

I've not said he's a left winger, he said himself he prefers the role of drifting in from a deeper wide position.
Of course he's a forward just not a centre forward who will score double figures for us, as I posted he's got into several positions so far this season where he could have had 4/5 goals that's why I don't think he can play the role he's asked to play and score on a regular basis, I do hope he proves me wrong but career stats so far don't suggest he will.

 

Remember watching a video of him and McGoldrick, I think he was giving him an award. Jatta looked like a kid with slapped arse. Gives me vibes as a bit of a moaner.

 

Hopefully that domino effect will include Smith at some point.

 

Know a few swindon down where I live and thr lad hasn't had a sniff this season....then again Olly was pretty much playing a first xi even in the early games, going all out on results seems to have left the lad in the shadows. Great performance when he came on against us...after the Smallwood brain fart.

I think the way we're intend in using him in a free role, drifting left, right and deep will make up for any deficiencies in terms of actually putting them away.

So far he has had 3 direct goal involvements, one from each of the right left and centre and whilst they won't show up in those statistics, I think it could very fairly be argued he also 'had a hand' in the 2 against Wycombe as well, one from from the left and one central. 5 goal involvements in 5 - it doesn't matter if he's actually the one putting them away, just as long as someone is

The County v Salford game was on TV towards the end of last season. There was only 1 winner and it wasn't Jatta, don't think Jatta even finished second in the fight it was that one sided!!!

 

Looking back Ian I think I watched that , pretty sure .

Yes I agree going forward, but at the moment he's our main striker according to Alexander in the present set up, maybe I'm being a little harsh but as our N01 I want him to be more consistent, having said that I'll take him making the assist for the winner and bringing home all three points against Posh tomorrow, always a good feeling having three points in the bag on a long journey home .

Hasn't had a sniff because he's on his way out and they're saving him for his transfer. Plus they'll want to gel a team that will be playing together.

That kid was heads shoulders and torso above anybody else in the Swindon squad. Norwich are getting a steal for just £250k. They should be getting a 1 at the start of that!

 

I remember this clearly and thinking this guy Tilt is a total warrior! Then we signed him i was pretty pleased when many were having a meltdown!

 

Turns out he didn't have to wait too long for his opportunity.

 

Rumour from their fans, we have apparently asked about Tom McIntyre who's a CB at Pompey. Reading anything on him from their side, he sounds like one of the worst CBs they've had but he had a long spell playing at Reading in the CH and L1 before going to Pompey. Had a few chances and sounds like CH is far too high for him, he went on loan to Charlton last season and again rarely featured, he had 4 starts and wasn't in the matchday squads for their play off run.

He is left footed, might be a "oh shit why did we give Kelly a contract" move? If true obviously.
