    Doncaster Rovers offers coaching opportunities through its Professional Player to Coach Scheme and through the Doncaster Rovers Training Centre. The Professional Player to Coach Scheme is a 23-month, full-time program aimed at developing the next generation of football coaches, while the Training Centre provides coaching and a pathway for young players to the Rovers Academy.
    Professional Player to Coach Scheme:
    • This scheme is a partnership between Doncaster Rovers, the Premier League, the PFA, and the EFL.
    • It is open to all, with a particular focus on encouraging applications from individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
    • The program involves a mix of Academy coaching at Doncaster Rovers and the Premier League's accredited Coach Development Programme.
    • Participants will gain experience across different development phases, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and receive mentoring, workshops, and access to FA/UEFA qualifications.
    • Successful completion leads to a Diploma in Professional Football Coaching from Leeds Beckett University.

    Barry Bannon would be a statement signing for most league 1 clubs if he dropped down.

    I cannot see him rocking up at Donny though. I would love him here, but it wouldn't happen.

    I'm pretty sure if GA was offered Bannon .he would snap their hands off.

    He would be the perfect replacement for Smallwood in my opinion, including the captaincy.

    Yeh, I dont know his wage but read Wrexham were prepared to pay him £20-25k a week. File that one under Wells, Sharp and Spicer.
