I’d imagine it’s Preston or Wrexham in league above and Town if he comes to league 1 or wants a Yorkshire move for family reasons. We couldn’t afford his 6 months of his salary let alone a 1/2 year contract.

 

Lots and lots of work to be done for me. Creativty and goals is not at this level. Will be our undoing and hope we have some more aces up the sleeve. If we are relying on Kav, Bobby, Patto and Sarc to provide /score enough goals we are screwed. Yes Humphreys got some pedigree in this league the rest haven’t.

If we didn't add anyone I don't think we are play offs contenders but I don't think we are going to struggle either with the players we have brought in so far on top off what we had.

This is why we will splash out on a known striker.
As much as I like Kav he needs a season of sub apps and rotation in lg1 to build his experience.
As for Cook I think age and recovery from his injury will see his appearances limited.
