Only looked on twitter, but there is a belief in there amongst County fans that they interviewed names and everyone turned them down. They reached out to Luke Williams again publicly, but he turned it down and he's currently working at Bristol airport over going back to working in this model they are building.

But their belief is Paterson was the only candidate who said yes. And as well now are putting 2 and 2 together to why McGoldrick didn't want to stay at his club, Jatta wants out and a few other names rumoured to be on the outs.

Not bothered about all this Nahki Wells noise, TBH.

I'm sure the club would sign him if they could, so it's not like they'll be keen to play down all of the talk, but Nahki himself can either sign up or rule himself out.

If he ends up signing for a crap Championship side I'll consider him a bit of a WUM. There's no way he or his agent haven't heard the noise linking him to Bradford City.
