Wonder if there’s much left in the pot or if Ryan can use some of the record commercial revenue to help GA out?

 

Seems a bit of an odd move to go from a house to a flat when you have a young family. I wonder if his wife and kids haven't settled down here and are heading back north of the border?

 

Not really , big house conversions into flats can be megabucks, depending on locality.

 

Could well be absolute nonsense posted on twitter, is the place for it. For what it's worse, he has moved now and a few days before going there was a big box of footballs left on the wall that used to be in the garden having a kick about with the kids, with a sign on the box saying "help yourself". Seems odd giving away all the kids footballs they had in the garden... unless they no longer have a garden? As said, could well be completely made up.

 

I wasn't meaning from a financial pov Kev. Families with young children tend to opt for a house with a garden.

 

I worked with Guy on a project some years ago. He would be the first to joke about being a slow CB

 

Oh they have gardens as well, however I agree with you absolutely re kids needing space and greenery.
